Cancellation and Rescheduling

Customer Responsibilities

• Customers should provide accurate and complete information regarding the move to receive an accurate quotation.

Force Majeure

Gati Movers and Packers shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the services were provided.
